Levant Charcoal began with a simple obsession: the smell of meat hitting hot coals. That smell — earthy, sweet, alive — is the thread that runs through every dish we serve from our shop on Centreville Road.
From hand-mixed kafta and yogurt-marinated shish tawouk to tender lamb skewers and fresh-made hummus, every plate is built on the same principle: real ingredients, real fire, no shortcuts.
We grind our spices in small batches, hand-chop our parsley for the kafta, and grill everything to order over wood charcoal — because gas can mimic the heat, but never the soul.
